All About Me

Introduction

     Hello, my name is Trey Quinn. I am a eighteen-year-old senior at Cambridge High School. I am also a part-time freshman at Georgia State University and an intern at Georgia Tech's Tools for Life program. As an honors, Advanced Placement, and Move On When Ready student with a 4.0 GPA, I know the true meaning of hard work. I have set rigorous academic goals for myself, such as maintaining my GPA and taking college courses during my junior and senior years of high school. I also have achieved non-academic goals, such as making it to the national level in a FBLA competition. 

Interesting facts about me include:

 

  • I am an active participant in sports such as wheelchair football, handball, and basketball, as well as adaptive rock climbing.

  • I play instruments such as hand drums and adapted hand bells. I also sing.

  • I love fried pickles.

  • I have extreme arachnophobia.

  • I am a total technology nerd.

Family Factoids

From the classroom to the battlefield, the members of my family believe that hard work is the primary key to success.

 

  • My mother's family was one of the first groups of people to settle in Alpharetta, Georgia. 

  • My father retired from the United States army after 25 years of service as a special intelligence officer.

  • My mother had a 4.0 GPA in college and recieved her MBA.

  • After her junior year of college, my sister was accepted to the veterinarian school at the University of Georgia.

  • My sister was the co-chairman of the University of Georgia Rodeo in 2014 and 2015. Under her direction, the University of Georgia Rodeo was ranked one of the top five rodeos in the nation.

Family
